Ingredients
  • Ghee: 2 teaspoons
  • Whole garam masala (cinnamon, green cardamom, cloves, black pepper): 1 each
  • Finely chopped onion: 1 small
  • Ginger garlic paste: 1 teaspoon
  • Chopped spinach: 1 cup
  • Cubed potato: 1 small
  • Soya chunks: 1 cup
  • Turmeric powder: ¼ teaspoon
  • Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala powder: ¼ teaspoon
  • Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Washed and drained rice: ½ cup
  • Water as required
Instructions
  1. In a pressure cooker, heat oil and stir-fry whole garam masalas for few seconds.
  2. Add in the chopped onion and cook for a minute on medium-high flame.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and stir well.
  4. Add the spinach, potato and soya chunks along with the powdered spices, Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup and salt to taste. Mix well.
  5. Wash and drain the rice and add to the pressure cooker. Mix all the ingredients well, add 1 cup water and pressure cook until 1 whistle.
  6. Remove and pack in the tiffin box.
