  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 medium banana
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 1⁄2 oz frozen blackberries
  • 3 1⁄2 oz frozen blueberries
  • 2 2⁄3 oz frozen raspberries
  • 2 2⁄3 oz frozen strawberries
  • 2 oz protein powder
  • 800 water
Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
