Ingredients
For the smoothie
- 1 large banana
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 tbsps hemp seeds
- 1 medium pomegranate (juiced)
Instructions
- Squeeze the juice from the pomegranate (or add the whole seeds).
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend them.
- Add as much water and ice as you like.
- Enjoy!
