Ingredients
  • 40g/1.5oz chia seeds
  • 250ml/8.5fl oz coconut water
  • 150ml/5fl oz coconut milk
  • 20ml/0.75fl oz maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. matcha powder
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.
  3. Serve chilled and top with nuts, fruit, etc. . .
