  • 500g/17.5oz prawns, butterflied and deveined
  • 30ml/1fl oz honey
  • 15ml/0.5fl oz sriracha
  • 20g/0.75oz garlic, minced
  • 15ml/0.5fl oz soy sauce (Gluten-free option)
  • 15ml/0.5fl oz lemon juice
  • 7g/0.25oz mint leaves, chopped
  1. Combine all ingredients for the marinade in a bowl. Mix well.
  2. Toss in the prawns and leave to marinate in the chiller for 15 minutes.
  3. Grill the prawns for 2-3 minutes, basting with the marinade.
