Roasted Asparagus lightly seasoned.

  • Asparagus (half a bundle)
  • 2 tbs Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  1. Spread the Asparagus on the foil lined pan.
  2. Drizzle your oil over the asparagus.
  3. Sprinkle your seasoning.
  4. Lightly toss to evenly coat the asparagus completely.
  5. Into the oven at 400 degrees.
  6. After 7-8 minutes cooking time lightly toss asparagus again for even cooking.
  7. Back into the oven for another 7-8 minutes.
  8. Vegetables should be done but test taste to your satisfaction. If additional time is needed, go 2 minutes, check vegetables and repeat if needed.
