Ingredients:
  • 2 chicory stalks
  • 1 apple
  • 140 grams of smoked halibut
  • 1 hard boiled egg
  • 2 tablespoons of greek yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon mayonnaise
  • pepper
Directions:
  1. Peel the apple and cut in into small pieces.
  2. Mix the apple pieces with the greek yoghurt and the mayonnaise. This prevents them from changing colour.
  3. Crush the egg with a fork.
  4. Cut the halibut into small pieces.
  5. Mix the egg and the halibut with the apple mixture.
  6. Add pepper up to taste.
  7. Cut the lower parts off the chicory, and peel the leaves.
  8. Spread the mixture on the leaves.

Notes:
You may also try to season with a bit of mustard, or even with caper.
