Overnight Oats with Pomegranate and Roasted Almonds

Ingredients
For the fruit
  • 1 medium pomegranate (just the seeds)
For the oats
  • 16 tablespoons almond milk
  • 2 tbsps chia seeds
  • 4 tablespoons porridge oats
For the topping
  • 4 tablespoons crushed almonds (roasted)
Instructions
  1. Use a medium size bowl and whisk together all ingredients for the oats.
  2. Spoon the mixture into a jar with a lid.
  3. Before you close the lid, add the fruit and the topping.
  4. Put it into the fridge for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight before serving.
