Paneer and Capsicum Bhaji

Ingredients:
  • 1 and 1/2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds (jeera)
  • 1/4 tbsp turmeric powder (haldi)
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 1 capsicum (shimla mirch)
  • 100g paneer
  • mix masala according to taste
  • Salt according to taste
Directions:
  1. Heat 1 to 11/2 tbsp of oil
  2. Once the oil is heated add the 1/2 tbsp jeera
  3. Add 1/4 tbsp haldi
  4. Add the chopped tomato
  5. Add the chopped onions
  6. Mix everything together
  7. Once the onions and tomatoes become soft add the capsicum
  8. Add 1 tbsp of mixed masala
  9. Add salt according to taste
  10. Add the paneer now. If added earlier it tends to break
