  • 1⁄4 cup almonds
  • 1⁄4 cup dried blueberries
  • 1⁄4 cup goji berries
  • 1⁄4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1⁄2 cup walnut halves

  2. The trail mix is served straight out of the bowl as a snack.
